I do not recommend using Jacob Phillips as an Ad litem for your child. He will NOT advocate for the child and plays defense attorney with the other party. His decision has ruined a little girls life. He is one sided. He does not care what the child has to say. He will just say the child is lying.
Robert Veach was a great attorney. He was very professional with my custody case and worked on it in a timely manner. I won my case without having to go to court and he was very fair with his fees. He even let me set up a payment plan.
So far my experience is OK. I have never had any reason to deal with a lawyer and am quite overwhelmed with this process. Mr. Veach is doing his job as he said he would, but I feel like I don't have a clue what is going on. **Edited** Mr. Veach is fighting for me and that means everything. This is still overwhelming but he has been patient and explained in detail everything.
