– Roof is failing, and so is the warranty We’re only three years into a full roof installation by Phillips Roofing, and it’s already leaking. The damage to our laundry room ceiling is now visible and worsening with every rain — photos attached. Despite their 10-year warranty, it’s been over 6 weeks of waiting and follow-up just to get someone to address it. If they had handled it promptly, the issue wouldn’t have progressed. Their price and quality are wonderful. But even better was the customer service. During the last rains I had water dripping in my house. Bill came out let me know what it was (not the roof) and was going to patch it on the spot. I wanted to make a few other repairs so he left the sealant and gave me crystal clear directions. And. Many more days of rain and no leak. Thank you for fixing a leak that wasn't your roof.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of having roof work done by Phillips Roofing for years. We have had two tile roofs and their underlayment replaced and one flat roof entirely recoated. Phillips is a family business, very professional and entirely trustworthy. They are detailed in both their proposals and work.
