The dentist and staff were all kind. The only issue I feel can be improved was their wait time. I had an appt scheduled for 4PM and I arrived at said time, but wasn’t seen by the dentist until 5PM. It’s very unfortunate to have an appt and then be made to wait that long. I was waiting in the sitting area for 30 min before they took me in the back & the X-rays were quick, taken within 10 min so I did a lot of waiting after that as well. Dr Phillips is extraordinarily kind and empathetic. I felt he was always looking out for my best interest. Their office staff is super flexible and accommodating. I can’t recommend Dr Phillips and his office staff enough. Why go elsewhere?

Feel lucky to have chosen Dr Phillips, he is experienced and very professional, knowledgeable and explained the entire procedure to me. I will leave more once the work is completed. I feel confident about it and only wish I'd gone to him long ago. Don't think there aren't any expert Dentists in Ukiah, you've just found one whatever your needs may be.
