I had a kitchen remodel done and was in need of having all the "water" items reconnected (dishwasher, sink, new faucet, water line behind refrigerator). Bob answered the phone each and every time I called and worked with me and my kitchen company timeline to facilitate the work. They didn’t showed up at the scheduled appointment. After calling 3 times they said they won’t be able to make it but it was already too late and I need to find someone else! They should have call me not the other way around.

I called their office 4 times between 7am to 8:20 no one responds , they need to bring the 24/7 service add down since they don't live their standards.
