I have been going to Dr. Phillips for years now. Shechas never disappointed me. She is thorough in her care and gentle. I love Dr. Phillips.
Dr. Phillips is very personal and listens to me. She cares about her patients. She spends time with her patients. And she has a sense of humor.
Saw her for yrs and loved her until Jan. She made a mistake on a Prescr and instead of fixing it her nurse humiliated me, lied to me, belittled me and treated me less than human. I tried to make an apt. With the dr to try to clear things up and see if she was aware of what her nurse done and they told me they couldn't schedule me an apt with ANY dr in the firm. Unbelievable! Kicked me out of the whole firm to cover her mistake. Never been treated so bad in my life.. Unethical & dishonest.
Dr. Phillips is thorough and goes over every prescription and vitamins that you take. She is easy to talk to and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor that cares!
I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for several years. I like how she listens to you and spends time with you. She does not seem like she is in a hurry to get on to the next patient. She's also very down-to-earth and you can talk to you about anything.
