Called for some information about the company and vehicle and the Lady operator, which sounds like the same lady on the recording when initiating the call was very very rude. She spoke with disrespect, cut me off and hung up on me. I don't understand how people have such jobs in customer service. I visited the dealership a couple of hours ago. Test drove a Mazda3. It's okay. Apparently the dealership is closing its doors this week. My best wishes to the Phillips family and the team members. Good luck.

Bought a 2015 CX5 on 09/30/2104 drove it home for less than 5 miles and the front tire went completely flat. and came apart. Called the dealer the next day they said bring it in they said they will replace the tire at a cost of $360 (real cost at a tire shop at $109). They did not offer to help. had really bad attitude and the sales manger was a real jerk and high end low class individual. Oh by the way this was my third purchase in five years from this morons.

The staff members are great. Very friendly, I was greeted right away and was told my sales rep would be right with me as he was out on a test drive. I was then invited to wait in the lobby waiting room. The facility itself is an older building and needs a little TLC. However, while waiting in the waiting room with my husband and new born baby (2months) I started to notice the over all condition of this place was very poor. My experience at phillips mazda can be described in one word "awesome". I have had a few car buying experiences in the past that didnt go so well, I always felt "rushed or "pushed" into a car for one reason or another. At this place I felt comfortable and that the salesman was really trying to help me and not just make a sale. He listened to my needs and took into consideration what I need and want not what he thinks he can sell to make more money for himself or the dealership.
