Awesome folks to work with. Installed a used machine for me last week. It's been pumping out ice fast. Had a minor issue and contacted the owner, John Boyden direct. He helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone and will be shipping me parts on Monday. On a side note. This is a Veteran owned and operated company. Great service, friendly people ,good price, great response time
Not sure how many of you know how very important, (in my line of work.... ConCon's) that an ice machine might be???? But I can tell you that I will never use anyone else for my service. Phillip's Ice over the years have proved their knowledge & efficiency, always follow up on a job well done. Couldn't ask for any better!!
