The staff is very helpful and informative. I love the new location; it's so much easier to get in and out of. When I go to see Lucinda Hicks it's like visiting with a friend. Plus, she's very attentive to my condition and always shows concern.
Everyone at Phillips Healthcare Group is the best. I worked for Dr Ward way back when and on my first day I asked if I could switch all of my kids records to him. They are the best!
Great staff, and I love Dr. Ward! The wait is never too long, and the attention is personal.
