Their website said they had a D M location got there and it was gone. Called them and the lady said we don't have that store anymore, we're in Indianola.
Unprofessional, left a huge mess for us to clean up. Definitely will not work with again!
This is not a flooring review, but rather some character praise. I watched this morning at a gas station in urbandale, as your delivery truck driver tried to pull away, and then patiently waited and even reversed for not 1 but 2 self abdorbed people to back out of their spots and leave. No nasty behavior, just patience and class. Just thought someone should know...
