I explained my dilemma which included no heat and within a short amount of time I got a call from John Phillips saying they would arrange their schedule today to fit me in. WOW!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. An 85 year old man purchased fuel oil from there on Friday and today we call to find out when it would be delivered and informed them that the oil was completely out and they didn’t even care. They informed me that it would take 3-5 business days to get a delivery. I’ve spoken with Nikki Burcham a few times this winter and she has been very rude and unprofessional each time that I’ve talked to her.
