RecommendedI have done business with Phillips Alarm for 30 years. I would highly recommend them. Ian and Sam were professional and competent. They provide personal service. They are trustworthy, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They were very patient explaining the new key pad, and I know if I have further questions I can just call the office. I give them 5 stars!
We've been using Phillips for years (my parents even used them when I was a kid). We recently moved and, of course, stuck with Philips to set up our new alarm system. Great service and professionalism by Ian (our install technician) who was super kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this established, local company to hardwire an alarm system over a do-it-yourself internet system that is easily hacked. Not worth the risk. Phillips' prices are great and we've never an issue.
Thank you Phillips Alarm and Ian "The Master" Wiekamp! You were a hero today getting that door knob off the building entry door to install our YALE locking keypad door knob. The system looks and runs like it should and this is our second Alarm.com system...hat off to Ian and Phillips Alarm!
