My husband and I have been going to this clinic for about three years, I can tell you with all honesty that they are not a very good clinic. Let's start with communication. Phone experiences have been horrible. Need to cancel an appointment, follow-up on a referral that was never sent (they do that often), or even talk to a person? Forget it.... Doug is the best MD/PA I've used. Been going here for years. Worth the drive from the NW to see him. Staff here is friendly and remembers your name...not just your number.
At first I really liked Dr. Phillips Clinic then after a while I started to notice that the ladies (Young Girls really) would mix up my appointments times and who I was supposed to see. I would get there at 8:45 for a 9:00 app. and they would tell me "Your appointment isnt until 11:00 with Doug (Creeper) and I would tell them "thats not who I made my appointment with" "Oh, sorry thats who we have you with". Terrible service! The staff in the front is in a constant state of concussion. Hour plus wait times and it is nearly impossible to actually see Dr. Philips.
I have gone to Phillips Clinic several times in the last two years for various reasons. I have been an insulin dependent diabetic for 20 years and felt like their approach was the best for my overall health. I had a great experience with Dr. Julie and found her capable and very approachable. Recently, she has been on maternity leave and I saw both Doug and Dr. Phillips in the last month. Both of these gentlemen did not take the time to find anything out about me and Dr. Phillips also tried to prescribe me medication without ... read more
