I bought key blanks at another store. I had Wayne cut the keys in the Laurel store. He cut the keys wrong and they did not work. He only refunded the cost to cut the keys and would replace the key blanks. Phillips does not stand behind their work and can not be trusted. I also talked to his boss and he was rude as was Wayne. Not a good place to do business.
