DO NOT BUY. Today makes it 1 year that I bought my property from these people. My realtor reach out to them including me few months also after closing and the day of closing to send the receipts that they abide by the purchase amendment that they will fix the additional things THEY signed. I sent them a certified mail in December of last year which they SIGNED for, since they refuse to answer the calls and emails that I got another rein-spection and they said the seller (THEM) only fix 3 things out of the 10 items.
