I have sent Kathy and Marc five emails, each spaced out by roughly a week with no response at all.
terrible service, went a month without our central AC, management doesnt answer emails or calls. UPDATE 2: now the heat broke in the winter, less than 50° in our apartment on christmas eve - shotty ac in the summer, shotty heat in the winter, what do we pay rent for here? JC zoning enforcement will be here next week.
