On time, professional and friendly.
First time using Phillips for annual servicing and am thoroughly impressed. Thoroughly checked and cleaned all three units, verified refrigerant levels, hoses and drains, gave detailed report on actions. Much more thorough than previous service company. Will definitely be using again. Follow-up service 6 months later. Still impressed.

Great service!! The techs showed up on time and worked until it was done. I had a new system installed and they sent a team of people to insure it was completed as quickly as possible. Luke has a great shop.
