Dr Runco has been my Chiropractor & friend for about 20 years. When it became time to sell my home in 2020, I discussed this with Phil. We very quickly sold my home during the pandemic, in 1 day at a price in excess of what I expected, w/o any conditions. He also helped me locate and buy my new home (newer & larger) during the closing process, at a lower price than I expected. I would recommend Dr Runco to anyone who is looking for a dedicated a persistent Real Estate agent. He is the best agent you could ask for!
This past year has been quite a whirlwind. Dealing with selling and buying houses....phew! Between the stress and personality clashes, inspections then more stress. It doesn't seem like it ends....
