In 2018 hysterectomy was done. Dr. Alston and Mary Jo ar wonderful to deal with. More health issues in 2022 and they were the first ones I called. The following appts were with in a week
Dr. Alston was horrible. If you have daughters or are inexperienced with gynecology and are nervous AT ALL do NOT go to him. He was rude and told me my sex life was going to be bad because I was uncomfortable.
1. The office does not have a no perfume/scented lotion policy which seems odd since they have pregnant women coming in who might be sensitive to smells. I have allergies and asthma and was triggered badly by another patient in the waiting room as was the rest of the waiting room who was coughing and sneezing. 2. The nurse didn't say "we noticed a weight gain, is everything okay?" Instead asked, "well WHAT happened?!" so I left feeling ashamed and fat shamed.
