Horrible horrible admin up front. Had an appointment set for months. My father shows up. She's super condescending, rude, and has major anger problems. Maybe she was having a bad day but a person like this should not be in the healthcare business. Perhaps the doctor is great we never made it there because she was extremely rude. The admin person is super argumentative and very blatantly bad service attitude. My father insurance changed between Dec and Jan and she claimed it's our fault not her problem. Thanks Dr. Ho for my new teeth after implant surgery, the BEST teeth I have ever had in life. I feel very good and now I can chew everything...The office staff are very nice and friendly too.
