Phil is exceptional. I worked with him for a year on getting ready to sell my deceased brothers house. He is down to earth. Not pushy but very informative and really cares. He helped on so many ways. He sold the house above asking price. Provided very detailed info on all the offers and every step of the way. I will be using him again on the sale of my brothers apartment. Grateful to have met Philip, We started the search for a home back in 2023. All we knew is that we wanted to buy a home, knew nothing about the process or what it I yelled. I know it may sound corny, but Phil is JUST THAT GUY. My family has relied on Phil for 4+ property purchases over the last few years and when it came time for me to buy a home (in this crazy housing market with low inventory and high prices), he was able to cater to my every whim. If I wanted to seek homes a couple hours away, he'd offer to go tag along and house hunt.
