What a transformation! My son truly did not recognize me when I passed him in the hallway. My color looks amazing and my hair (long and very processed) feels soft and silky. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Excellent hair salon – It has taken me awhile to find a hair stylist who knows what he's doing and I found Phillip Mitchell. He's been cutting my hair since last fall. I needed a color and cut the first time I saw him and he gave me a perfect bob haircut! It's very hard to find a stylist who can cut a bob correctly and Phillip knows what he's doing. Best Salon I've been to yet! – Whoever said that this salon was less than perfect is sadly mistaken! They do a great job and did everything exactly how I wanted and better. I've never been so happy with an outcome in my life! I know who to recommend and who to go to for sure. Excellent customer service, very personal, very kind and excellent service. I'll be back on my way here in 6 months!

The worst customer service – I have never been more disappointed in a salon than I was with this one. I called in for an appointment and got Phillip( thinking he's the best since he's the salon owner) but when I got there he had someone else do it for me. When finished Phillip gave me my total $185.00( Retouch - $65, Partial Highlight - $85 and $35 for toner). Not a Great Cut – I went to this salon twice, both times for a cut and colour. The first time, my hair was lightened and cut, the second, I decided to have my hair darkened and cut. I decided to go darker as I disliked my roots when the grew in after the first dye. I was happy the first time but the second time I was not keen on the colour and really wasnt happy with the cut. Great damage control – I visited the Phillip Mitchell Color Salon on Eldridge the day after my husband's funeral. My hair needed serious damage control from two previous colorings, and I felt down in the dumps about my looks. In my frustration, I was very unsure of how to explain what I needed.
