After my appointment I went to the scheduler and scheduled a Flexible Sigmoidoscopy & Esophagogastroduodenoscopy for December 5th. Everything was set up until a couple of days later when I got a call from the office stating that I could not have the procedure until after my Echocardiogram was done, scheduled for January 13, 2025. Only problem was a 6+ hour round trip drive to find out that Ron doesn't need a colonoscopy. The home test could have been mailed to us, to be done st home. Then see the Dr if colonoscopy was warranted.
Dr. Kiyasu and his staff really go the extra mile to make you comfortable and confident that you are getting the best care possible. When you wake up afterwards, Dr. Kiyasu personally discusses what happened during the procedure while you were under anesthetic. He gives a very thorough and easy-to-understand explanation including photos and answers any questions you might have. I definitely give him the highest possible rating!
The doctor is a good listener; I can offer lengthy responses.

Dr Kiyasu is an excellent doctor. Always a friendly greeting , knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. His staff is also polite and friendly .
