Very caring and concerned for patient
The entire experience was surprisingly pleasant (except for the prep, that was unavoidably unpleasant). The staff, Dr. Kiyasu, were all very comforting and even fun to talk with.
Had to change an in person appointment to Telehealth due to contracting covid. I had the appointment for months before this due to ongoing, severe GI issues. When he arrived onto the appointment, it seemed he already had his mind made up. I was interrupted multiple times trying to explain my symptoms, I wasn't allowed to finish telling him my symptoms. 90% of my issues were ignored and when I pressed to at least have my abdominal pain discussed/looked at, it was begrudging that it was addressed. Top notch. You are in great hands with Dr Kiyasu and the entire crew at The Oregon Clinic. I have tests/procedures here annually and have always had excellent care and a positive experience. Can't say enough good things about Dr Kiyasu as well as the pre and post nursing team and the friendly and efficient staff that handle everything else. They have it figured out -- super competent and caring crew.
I have been seeing Dr. Kiyasu for the past 5-6 years and he is a person to be trusted. I'm very pleased with his care and concerns about my health issues.
Screening colonoscopy. They made it as comfortable as possible. Dr Kiyasu has an amazing team. They are efficient, careful, and practiced. Highly recommend.

Very nice with excellent service. Everyone was very respectful and answered questions very well. All items that needed explaining with directions were explained very well.
Dr. Kiyasu was thoughtful, thorough and kind. He offered clear explanations, asked great clarifying questions and listened to my concerns with grounded compassion. He took time to explain the procedures carefully and build trust. His staff was polite, prompt and professional in getting me everything that I needed around appointment scheduling, medication supports and billing questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kiyasu and his staff.
