I'm a driver for patients and one of my riders had an appointment for 11:30am and rush to make it half an hour before to find out that the doctor had to leave way early, enough to let her know that he was not gonna do it today. She missed 8 overtime hours because of this, valuable time and the money for the rides because she is not paid from the Gov.
