I learned of Dr. Hansen when I needed to have a specialist check me because of a work injury. My Current Dr. Doug Turgean had moved out of state back to Louisiana and his practice referred me to Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic Associates Of Dallas. Im very blessed to have such a knowledgeable team of doctors. Dr.Hansen is an excellent physician. He really takes the time to explain your medical conditions and answer any questions you might have about surgical procedures.
Dr Phillip Hansen has been my orthopedic doctor/surgeon since 199798 when he did carpal tunnel surgeries on right/left wrists. His services have always been excellent whenever surgery and/or consultations/joint injections have been necessary. I like discussing my health issues and options available that can be done.
I went for a cubical tunnel issue, he did physical tests but didn’t really provide any insight. He said my symptoms weren’t too severe but didn’t really provide any advice on how to improve the tingling and numbing in my fingers- just said it might or might not go away with movement modifications I’ve been doing for 1-2 years - said he doesn’t really believe in PT… :/ No follow up recommended.
