Dr. Cullen is an adequate dentist, but the problem lies in his wife, who also works in the office as a hygenist/receptionist. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my 34 years. To say that she is rude would be a tremendous understatement. She is very domineering, and everyone else who works there is deathly afraid of her. I have witnessed her yell at patients and embarrass them if they did anything she considered inappropriate, (ie. talking on cell phone, bring in a baby, etc. etc.). Dr. Cullen has quite limited bedside matter, yet this fact might easily be overlooked if he possessed some skill as a dentist. However, the fact is that his work was suboptimal at best, and his poor dentistry required me to have his work (1 crown, 2 fillings) corrected by a more talented clinician. Furthermore, he never returned my calls and his staff were equally unreliable. The office gives one a rather creepy feeling.
