Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give it less stars, but Mr. Seltzer was absolutely atrocious to deal with. I don't even know why he considers himself a "Dr.", clearly did not earn that title. Not only was he trying to rush my appointment, but he wasn't listening to a thing I was saying. Everything I brought up was ignored and pretty much brushed aside. This man does not have any logic in his work or thinking. AVOID.
