Overcharges patients. Told my husband he had several cavities, when we went for a second opinion he had none. When you complain about pain, they just refer you out without reimbursing you for the money you spent in their office trying to fix the problem. I do not recommend going to this dentist unless you don't mind wasting your time sitting in an office and throwing your money away.
Extraordinary staff, great service, pleasant experience, but not an inexpensive option. I will probably return although my insurance doesn't cover much of his fees.
Had crown put on tooth incorrectly and less than 18 months later tooth decay at gum line. I have had several crowns put on over the years and never had this happen. I moved away and dentist here said should not happen this quickly. When contacted, Dr Kemp would not take blame. Instead, insisted that dentist in Charlotte is trying to rip me off. However, Dr Kemp wanted to put on two additional crowns that current dentist says is unnecessary. Dr Kemp in my opinion is unethical.
Very friendly staff & Dr. Kemp is always very helpful. Never had any complaints about service or quality of work they've done.

The best dentist experience I have ever had! I have been dreading going to the dentist for the past 4 years. I finally went and am looking forward to going back. They were all so careful and caring! I highly recommend ANYONE to go see Dr. Kemp and his staff.
I have been to many dentists over the last few years and Dr. Kemp and his staff have to be the best that I have ever had. Their caring and compassionate treatment, not to mention the quality of the care left me never wanting to see another dentist. The facility is one of the nicest that I have ever seen. I am so glad that I found him and his staff. My smile has never looked better. L.P.
