This is the best insurance agency I have come across. They understand customer service. When I contact them they get back to me within an hour at the most. They are truly concern that all our needs are met. I recommend them to everyone.
When push came to shove, they came threw on our home owners policy....much less than the competitors

Had to purchase new home insurance which turned out to be way easier than expected. Tim Fraedrich is great. Checks up on things on an annual basis at the very least. Accommodates to my busy schedule and is available outside of normal business hours if needed.

We choose Philleo because we got a great policy to fit the needs of our small business, we always get our questions answered right away, Tim is great to work with and I do recommend them.

At the recommendation of my mortgage agent I was recommended I check with them to see if they could get me a better deal on home insurance. They were able to save me about a $1000 a month on that insurance and reduced my auto insurance. They have been nothing short of fabulous for the work they have provided the the follow up to make it all work. I couldn't be happier with the effort they have provided.
