I have been with Philleo Agency probably close to 25 years. They have been great, through various situations. A few of my co-workers have joined them as well.
When I met Ron, my first thought was that he didn't act like an insurance guy. He was focused on my needs and the needs of my business, not what he could sell me. I was initially just shopping for the best price, which was all I was ever really concerned with, I got the best price, but, not only that I've always had great interaction with staff, communication and follow up are wonderful, thanks to Laura. G. H
They were recommended by a friend. I have both homeowners and auto insurance through them . For a brief time I had multiple cars insured and when I needed to end that they were able to to it without any issues. Everyone I have dealt with is always friendly and very helpful .
Going through the process of purchasing my first home was an overwhelming process. However, when my mortgage broker referred me to Tim Fraedrich with the Philleo Agency it took a great deal of stress off an important part of the process - home owners insurance.
