We have had an absolutely awful experience with a Philips electronic toothbrush we got 7-8 months ago. it is well within warranty but Philips has been abysmal in replacing it. After 4 months of repeated calling they finally sent out a new toothbrush they sent out one but it is a lower level model and not a replacement at all. Now customer service is not returning our calls all over again. I am requesting an immediate escalation of our issue. Kindly respond via pvt message!
