I've been to many vets, but my experience at Banfield has far surpassed them all. They care, they will take time to answer questions when you call, and they'll call the next day to check in on your pet. I recently had to euthanize a pet there and Dr. Jones carefully explained everything and really handled the whole situation perfectly. Do yourself a favor, especially if you have a chronically sick pet, and take yours there.

I Have been a client of legacy vet for over four years and love their care. I have always been treated wonderfully by the staff and technicians, and have complete confidence in the three doctors they have. I also have a new neighbor who goes to them and has had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended!

My Golden Retriever and Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies have never been seen by anyone but Legacy Veterinary Doctors and Staff. We could not be happier with their expertise, treatment of my buddies and myself. They eagerly relay current information on my puppies when they are in daycare, boarding and under surgery. They understand how nervous I am when they are not in their home environment. I highly recommend all of their services ... you will not be disappointed.

The vet at Redstone advised dental surgery for my beloved elderly cat. She was never able to recover from this surgery and could not even retain her body heat. After a month of being an invalid, she died. I was later told by another vet, who had also seen her, that surgery was not appropriate for a cat of her age and condition, and that she would likely have seen better quality of life through a different therapy such as palliative care. The Redstone vet also euthanized one of my kittens using the "heart stick" method. I will... read more

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place .I took my puppy here for dehydrating because of a stomach virus. My dog has been throwing up for 3 days with a diarrhea. I went to the clinic at 10 am that morning putting my dog in hands that I trusted. The clinic called me back at 3 pm telling me they ran a blood work him and said he has a virus. When I told them he was severely dehydreded they have told me he wasn't dehydrated one bit. ( anyone in their right mind would know that a dog that has been throwing up for ... read more

Yesterday I took my yorkie here for the Rabies shot. There was no information that because I was 2 monthes late in getting it that they would not give me a certificate for 2 or more years. So now I have to take her back again next year to get what they are calling a booster. this is just a rip off. I don't know why I have gone there. They are only interested in money. They also said I needed three other shots. This is after I asked by phone a month ago what all she needed and was told rabies. Turns out that two of those shot... read more
