They care more about your wallet than your pet! My regular vet was about to close and had no Saturday appointments left. I took one of my dogs to Legacy veterinary hospital. They tell you the first examination is free but then they overcharge you for all the services. After the discount, I had to pay almost $200 for a simple procedure. The doctor on duty didn't even do the procedure, he had some assistant do it for him. They kept trying to upsell me other services. They didn't seem to care about my dog, just about the money ... read more

My dog died too. They examined her and said that her lethargy was not due to Parvo. Two days later our little puppy died of Parvo

(PT 2) worried for our cats because they were hot, she just smiled big and was trying to hold in her laugh the hole time..SHE thought it was funny that our cats were suffering.. i honestly wanted to smack that smirk off her face. I brought my cat Maddison there Sat. for help administering an IV her regular vet sent her home with on Friday. She went in for a teeth cleaning and was diagnosed with a life threatening disease called hepatic lipidosis. Maddison is 13 and has been losing weight this entire month. She been to her vet 3x's and diagnosed with hyperthyroid and bad teeth, but I knew something else was wrong. Maddison lost 2.5lbs in 2wks. I insisted they do more blood work and and X-ray before putting her to sleep to clean her teeth and that

We have been coming here for 5 years and we feel like family when we come in. Katie and Heather at the front desk always ask how we and our dog are doing. They genuinely care about all of us! The rest of the staff is great too, all of them make us feel very cared for and they have been willing to help work with us when money has been tight in the past. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have always been satisfied with this clinic.. We have brought our cat here for years, since she was a kitten. They know her by name, history , and always call later to check on her. We love each and every one of the staff- I always recommend Banfield to my friends and co -workers. Thank you so much!

They are so friendly here and always so knoweldgeable! Most important- the lovable interaction they try to have with my pet. I also love the phone call reminders I get. I am very forgetful- It really is the best quality care I could ask for my princess!!
