Dr Sioufi is a disgrace. He is arrogant and he doesn’t care about the patients at Portsmouth Hospital. He made fun of my condition and told me the “I should have planned better.”. Shame on Portsmouth Hospital for having him on their staff. Shame on him for abusing patients who have no recourse against him. Thank god they removed me from the ward to the Lobby of the Hospital.
