Dr. Philip Totonelly is the best cardiologist I have experienced. He is professional, personable, and an excellent communicator. I have total confidence in him and recommend him wholeheartedly. I have been to many other physicians and he spent more than 45 minutes with me and created a care plan all the while answering all my questions. The staff and office manager are outstanding and I am ecstatic that I found this practice.
I was so nervous to finally get my legs done but, Dr. Totonelly and his staff made me feel so comfortable. Every staff member from the Office Manager Marie at the front desk to the ultrasound technician who scanned my legs were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Totonelly to any of my friends or family members.
Office was open in these difficult times. Staff and Doctor made you fell at home! Doctor was fantastic

Yea! Doctor Totonelly runs a small, personal practice in Fishkill. His staff Marie and Angela are responsive and friendly. He performed multiple vein procedures on my leg and did a great job.
