Philip Pelusi Salons used to care about customer service but that has certainly changed. If you get a bad haircut (which I did) they make no attempts to rectify the situation and in fact try to put the blame on you. The manager even confirmed that it was a bad haircut and it was too short to fix anything in the front. What she did in the back actually made it worse. She was incredible rude and I was the problem, not the fact that I got an incredibly awful haircut. I would stay away from the Upper St Clair Salon and espe... read more
