I went to District Dental and had a procedure done by Dr. Downing. She was kind, professional and made the overall experience extremely comfortable. I can't say enough positive things about this amazing location in Bates Hendricks. The whole staff makes you feel like part of the family and is never judgemental.
We brought our toddler to Dr. Cash for his very first dentist visit, and it could not have been a better experience. Dr. Cash immediately made him feel comfortable and at ease by showing him the teeth cleaning process on Ally the Alligator, letting him see and touch the different tools, and keeping him laughing throughout the visit. Dr. Cash and his team were very professional and kind. I really appreciated Dr. Cash’s explanations of what he was doing and why. You don’t normally get an education on why certain dental practices are important, so it was nice to understand what was happening
Excellent experience from start to finish! Friendly staff, clean office, and a very knowledgeable dentist.
