I had visited Dr Omar Faridi for dry eyes and other vision problems . He was very courteous, thorough in his explanation and examination. I feel much better now and would recommend him to anyone.
Dr Faridi is a caring and compassionate Opthalmologist with wonderful bedside manner. He was able to diagnose my problem and find a treatment. His team was excellent and he treated them with respect. I will always choose Dr Faridi from my eye problems in the future.
I dread Doctor’s appointments especially when Doctor does not fully explain the problem and what to expect in the future. Dr. Faridi was exceptional in diagnosing the problem and taking the time to explain the problem and what to expect from treatment. He is very attentive and has lot of patience to listen to you. He has pleasant personality and very helpful office staff. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Faridi has been following me for glaucoma and cataract care for over a year. I received cataract and glaucoma procedures on both eyes in October. I am delighted with the results and now have very sharp distance vision and simply need reading glasses for close work. His staff is very friendly, competent and easy to work with. Dr. Faridi was great! He was easy to talk to and made my eyes feel much better. I would not go to anyone else ever again for my eyes. I sent all my family memebers to him too.
My experience with Dr. Faridi has been at the Branford office only for approximately the past three years. Although I have been satisfied with Dr. Faridi as a professional, I will no longer see him as my practitioner due to the unacceptable (45 minutes or longer) wait times past my scheduled appointments at the Branford office. Poor response from office. Placed on hold, after 2 minutes the call went to a ring that lasted for 6 minutes. During the excessive ring I called on another phone that was picked up on the second ring. What is wrong with the answering system?
Recently Dr. Meskin performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. From the time I first met him through the surgeries and follow up appointments Dr. Meskin has been great to work with. He is a great surgeon and doctor. He is a very nice person with a nice calming demeanor to put his patients at ease. Dr. Meskin encourages questions and patiently answers them.
