Dr seemed knowledgeable, attentive, good bed side manner, explained changes and medications uses. Office staff, the involved with medications and the prescriptions were less than nice. Medication issue led to discovery follow up isn't important. A medication issue from a SAT, called on MON first of business-never resolved, hung up on by "answering service" when attempted to get medication. Errors, medication incorrect doses can occur, this may have been dangerous. Not dealt with properly.

Dr Patel wrote incorrect diagnosis on lab and test order forms which were submitted to my insurance company - now I cannot correct with them that I do NOT have hypertension or hyperlipodemia, which I've never had and there is no way Dr. Patel could think that because he never saw Cholesterol test results for me and my blood pressure was 117/82 when I was in his office. To be fair, I know he is a busy man, but incorrect is incorrect and my insurance company has been misinformed.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for several years. His proactive approach to my health is outstanding and I am not just another "number" in his system. His knowledge of Cardiology is excellent and demonstrates that in his ability to communicate to me in language and care that I can understand. His Staff that has been part of any tests I have taken which were directed by him provided outstanding service and a caring attitude to assure me of not having any concerns during the procedures.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for ten years. He has always been very professional and has a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Patel always answers my questions and I never feel rushed.

I would NOT recommend Dr Patel, I visited for a NEW PATIENT EXAM and he received 3 texts while I was in the exam room which he DID look at and a phone call which he took. Four interruptions and he spent barely 5 min with me. He did not even look at my computer, Health History which I filled out before this visit, (which I waited at least a month for) He also changed my original apt for HIS convenience which was NO PROBLEM for me but then THIS was the way I was treated as a NEW PATIENT!

I am starting my 10th year as a patient of Dr. Patel's and couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptionally competent, quality care that I have received. Dr. Patel is an eminently qualified Cardiologist who cares deeply for his patient's overall well being. I am truly grateful to be one of his patients.

Dr Patel has been my cardiologist for about four months. I explained my problems and he ordered necessary tests, gave me diagnosis and arranged for surgical treatment. I think he is the best doctor I have been do, especially because he cares!

I felt like Dr. Patel took no time with me, he did not listen to me, evidenced by the fact that the diagnosis on test requisitions had nothing to do with what we discussed or my clinical status, they seemed to be random shots for a diagnostic code. I was rushed, I had no chance to ask questions and he never explained the tests he was ordering or for what reason. I just did not feel comfortable and have decided to find another cardiologist.
