It is extremely frustrating and discouraging especially as a healthcare worker how healthcare providers in the Tulsa area cannot set their personal view points aside. Especially towards the LGBTQ community. For example, a while back I went to my primary care provider to inquire about being prescribed prep. Prep or truvada is a pharmaceutical alternative to prevent an individual from contracting HIV.
