Very professional. Excellent explanation of process and procedure.
Overall, I had a great experience with this dental office, especially the work and interaction with Dr. McKenzie and his staff. That said, I have two concerns, one more serious than the other. My major concern is that with my jaw seriously numbed, no one cautioned me about being careful while eating if within a couple hours after the procedure was finished. From the front desk, to the dental assistant and my Dentist all were great. Follow-up call after the procedure.
Tried calling twice a week apart and left message both times for call back. Its been two weeks after second call. No return call back. Guess I have to call someone else?
Doctor McKenzie and his assistant I can’t remember her name sorry about that but they both are outstanding. I always feel confident that the job is gonna be done right
