Terrible DR. Doesn't seem to care or have any interest in helping people that come to see him. Basically a waste of time and money!
Mother of a two year old baby girl on her 18th day of an undiagnosed condition with persisting fever of over 104 degrees and hundreds of pus filled lesions over her entire body - pretty serious - and obviously pretty scary to parents of a toddler. Shenefelt didnt want to hear about the symptoms or month worth of agony that could possibly have led him to understanding what ever illness she's experiencing, and then properly diagnose it.
