Dr Pulaski has been my neurologist for over twenty years. He has had a tremendous influence on my seventy year battle with migraine headaches. While my headaches have not been total eliminated, he has been successful in reducing the severity, duration and the frequency of my headaches. He has improved the quality of my life so that day to day issues are not disrupted and simple things like travel are possible.

Dr. Pulaski himself was thorough and attentive in listening, though dismissive and *possibly* ego-driven at moments.
