The amount of people they schedule at one time is pretty insane. I’m just the driver so I can’t speak on patient care. But last time we sat 2 hours before getting called, just to sit another hour before seeing him. This time, there’s so many people in the waiting room, multiple people are standing and waiting outside, multiple people already waiting 30-1hour after scheduled appt times. Just an unprofessional way to operate and treat patients. No one wants to sit waiting for hours.

The Doctor was great but the office kept sending me bills without applying my insurance . I called Delta Dental and they never got a claim. After calling the office every month(3 months in a row) I asked for the OFFICE MANAGER JO and she said they have done what they can do and sent me the claim to send off my self! They are in network providers. They never called Delta to try and find out why the insurance was not going through even though they said they would Delta had no record of their office calling to check on my claim... read more

Took my elderly mom here for extractions. The staff was friendly and made her feel comfortable. The only problem was at checkout they stated the nursing home did not give them insurance info so we had to pay for the services. Come to find out they say it was a misunderstanding and they actually had all her info. Now we have to wait for a refund!
