Philip Borodo was extremely rude. He is the agent for the house that was torn down and he recently sold the property to an LLC. The lot is in terrible disarray. He had told me that they would take care of it in two weeks. I patiently waited for the two weeks to pass and then when I called him to inquire about it he yelled at me on the phone, very rudely, and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t use this person to sell a lot in Siberia!
