Phillip made our house buying process as easy as it could be. He’s a clear and direct communicator while still making sure the final decisions are up to you. He always made sure we had the information we needed to make the right decision. He never pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. The entire process, from just starting to look to closing, took less than a month!

Phil provided support beyond just the transaction of selling our house. We were blessed to have him as a real state agent, for handling a very complex sale of a house with 3 owners. He kept a great open communication and patience on decision makings among the owners involved.
