Nothing like being locked into a storage lot. Had to call the fire department to get the gate opened. There is not a number that you can call to get any assistance.
New owners are extremely money hungry. Would be nice if they didnt own a monopoly on storage units in this town of 25 thousand people. Units are nearly 300 dollars, they leak water under the door each time it rains. Everything inside the unit is covered in dust. No lights. Truly shocked they raised rent nearly one hundred dollars in one month “due to operating costs” You operate a storage unit, you have zero “new” operating costs. Shady business practices
