Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Dr. Rush is a very capable and compassionate physician. In that, I have 3 kids. I am in the medical field and sometimes feel that he is too conservative in taking a "wait and see approach", when perhaps a child should be treated a bit more aggressively in terms of treatment. I have left him to go to other specialists when I feel that we have waited too long (for a child's congestion/sinus issues to clear up, for example). He is very caring and asks for lots of detail.
