I can really trust Dr. Rush. He listens intently to both me AND my children and figures out the issue and helps us correct it ; allergies, rashes, random bugs, lumps, etc. His staff is really friendly and efficient. Everyone feels like family, corny, I know, but it's true. They always have same day appointments available and when I call after hours, Dr. Rush or another doctor from the office picks up, not some rando who doesn't know my kids. So grateful Dr. Rush is my kids' doctor!

We recently moved to a new neighborhood, so we decided move to a practice closer to our home. We asked around and 7 out of the 10 families said, 'You'll LOVE Dr. Rush'. They were right, we LOVE Dr. Rush! We never have to wait for an appointment (they have same day slots), he spends as much time as we need, the kids are comfortable with him, and he's got a great bedside manner (funny, sweet, caring, and obviously skilled). Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes
