Phill gave me the worst haircut of my life. I explained that I was trying to grow my hair out into a gentleman's cut, and he didn't understand it at all. It was the worst fade I've ever had and the back wasn't even faded at all. He left my face looking like an egg. He definitely doesn't understand the shape of people's head or face framing.
