WOW wow , how unprofessional to write such negative things about philco and phil ,maybe you are a sub contractor that does not do quality work !! philco has done millions and millions of dollars of work through out the years ,i am one of those people he has done work for ,the work and phil himself are nothing but top quality !! i have been to many charity events that philco and phil has put together , the company and the man give back ! you don't stay in businesss for 20 years like philco without having great service !!
Total f*cking crook Total crook and cheat,Makes promises that are never kept and does not pay subcontractors at all.Phil schwalbe is a liar and cheat.he hires illegal workers and does not pay them fair wages,does everything to benefit himself and will stabb anyone in the back.This company needs to be put out of business,do not trust one word he says.
More fan mail Too funny. I'm looking around the Internet trying to find out more about this company. They haven't paid us for work we did almost 2 years ago. They won't return calls. Phil won't ever take a call. Phil won't respond to emails. Sounds like I found my answer! I just find it hard to fathom.
Do NOT hire They do not pay their subcontractors. They will pocket your money instead of paying the appropriate vendors which could result in a lien on your property. Do not hire this general contractor. They are liars and cheats.

Philco Fantastic general contractor! Very professional, knowledgeable, and litterally saved me thousands of dollars by pointing out mistakes made on the "approved" set of plans. I would not hesitate for a minute to use this company again in the future. The build out was well over $300.000.00, and not only were they completed ahead of time, the punch list was very small.
