I've been going to Phil for a couple years now on and off. I've tried other barbers closer to me and I still go back because I can't find anyone like him. He's got a real chill vibe and his shop is cool old style retro. He offers all kinds of services so it's a one stop shop with the haircuts and products. He's got some cool shirts as well. Support your local Knoxville barber and check him out.
